Week 3 Fantasy Busts: Aaron Jones, Chris Carson among risky 'starts' in committee situations

  • Night net Starting a bust is the most frustrating part of fantasy football. Sometimes, it's easy to see who is going to put up a dud performance in a tough matchup. Other times, it comes out of nowhere and players just fail to live up to expectations (like Antonio Brown and his 67 yards last week). Either way, it's important to know potential busts for weekly fantasy football rankings so you can have a strategy planned out to help you win.Our bust picks actually exceeded expectations last week, as we were banking on a regression from the Bucs, and in particular, Ryan Fitzpatrick and DeSean Jackson, were able to prove us wrong. At RB, Carlos Hyde and Marshawn Lynch each put up TDs, so they weren't busts either. But now with another week of data under our belts, we should have a better chance to predict the top busts for this week. Week 3 Rankings:Quarterback | Running Back | Wide Receiver | Tight End | D/ST | KickerThis week, it's going to be best to go with high-volume guys who are going to have chances to produce. If you rely on the guys in this list as they deal with frustrating timeshares or nagging injuries, you could find yourself on our "How You'll Lose" list for Week 3. If possible, you're better served to target our potential sleepers for this week, but if you can't, still try to avoid these potential busts. Le'Veon Bell says Steelers spoke with Jets about possible trade before deadline

  • Night net null null To hear Le'Veon Bell tell it, there was at least a chance of him reuniting with the Steelers this week.Bell said Thursday that Pittsburgh spoke with his new team, the Jets, about a possible trade ahead of Tuesday's deadline.
