  • Bryan Price will be introduced as the Cincinnati Reds' next manager on Tuesday, Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal and other media outlets reported Monday.Price, the Reds' pitching coach the past four seasons, will take over for Dusty Baker, who was fired on Oct. 4. ROSTER SHAKEUP? Reds reportedly making 2B Phillips available in tradeThis will be Price's first managerial job. Before joining the Reds, he was pitching coach for the Seattle Mariners (2001-06) and Arizona Diamondbacks (2007-09). He was a pitching consultant for the Philadelphia Phillies in 2009 after being fired by the D-backs in May of that year. Cincinnati's pitching staff has become one of the best in the National League under Price's leadership.
